new diet.

ohkay so today for the last month ive given up all crap and eaten healthily and been going to the gym daily and lost nothing so my friend suggested i tried a ‘crash’ diet which she had done and uses when she needs to loose weight fast, basically you consume 600-800 cals a day; and drink shit loads of water; fair enough its basically starvation but im willing to try it out :) today was my first day, didnt get any hunger pangs but ive been drinking lots of water i consumed:: 1/2 a cup of herbal tea, stock cube(v.filling) fat free vegetable soup(stock cube, carrots, celery, onions ect) 3x clementines lettuce 1/2 a pork chop 3x cups of herbal tea. total calorie intake: 550 also jogged for 20 minutes and drank 2.5l of water :) any tips +feedback with be grand. xxxx
