day two of diet: hunger pangs were pretty sore today but i exercised through them, either jogging or situps or just running+jumping around with matthew :) i consumed: 4x vegetable stock cubes, 2x apples 2l water some celery+carrots

new diet.
ohkay so today for the last month ive given up all crap and eaten healthily and been going to the gym daily and lost nothing so my friend suggested i tried a ‘crash’ diet which she had done and uses when she needs to loose weight fast, basically you consume 600-800 cals a day; and drink shit loads of water; fair enough its basically starvation but im willing to try it out :) today was...
